Casa Telaio is situated in an exclusive panoramic position in a green, quiet valley, surrounded by 27000 square meters of land and green olive trees.

It impresses with its unique architecture. Exposed concrete walls are skillfully combined with rough Corten steel and the traditional Sicilian natural stone walls.

The landscape is viewed through an architectural frame, it is emphasized and excellently staged. It gives the house its name: TELAIO, the Sicilian word for frame.

The house is luxurious and equipped with many amenities. It impresses with its straightforward architecture and materials: exposed concrete, natural stone, Corten steel. The combination with natural wood, a skillful mix of lamps and accessories creates a casual vacation flair that embodies a lightness far removed from everyday life.

Large glass fronts, predominantly sliding doors, connect the interior with the exterior, merging inside and out and all with a fantastic sea view. It conveys the feeling of being outside. Sicily, that is life outside, in the garden and on the beach or in the evening on the Corso in Noto. Special attention was paid to the outdoor areas during the design phase. We have created many different places around the house - discover your favorite spot.

The lower level of the house is taken up by the living area with sofa lounge, TV, dining table and open kitchen with cooking island. The natural stone wall with its individual fixtures adds a special atmosphere to the room.

Cooking is a passion of my husband, who has extensively equipped the kitchen. It was our dream to conjure up delicious dishes at the kitchen island with a view of the sea.

Adjacent to the living room is bedroom 4, with a walk-in closet, spacious shower and free-standing washbasin with sea views. The natural stone wall that dominates the room extends into the extraordinary garden and terrace area with loungers and an outdoor shower.

The internal staircase is flanked by a natural stone wall and connects the two parts of the building. The entrance area with checkroom and four further bedrooms are located in the upper part of the house.

Master suite 1: spacious, free-standing bed 2.00 x 2.00 m, unique view of the sea. Glass sliding fronts allow the room and terrace to merge into one. A patio with tropical plants opens up to the north. The extraordinary bathroom 1, with free-standing washbasin and panoramic window, is adjacent. The terrace and the private garden, including the outdoor shower embedded in lush greenery, are also accessible from here. 10 sqm walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: 1.80 x 2.00m bed with sea view. En suite bathroom 2: It offers a spacious washbasin and a shower within the room. WC and bidet are located in a separate room.

Bedroom 3 : Bed 1.80 x 2.0mm. Sea view and view of Noto. In addition to the beautiful natural stone wall, the highlight is the private terrace facing west, which can also be accessed from the adjoining bathroom.

Bedroom 5 : This room is smaller and is perfect as a children's room, also in combination with room 3. The 1.60 x 2.00 m bed is in a corner, the view is directed towards a tropical green inner courtyard.

Bathroom 3: Located between rooms 3 and 5, it is an eye-catcher with its floating washbasin on one side and its exit to the terrace.

Bathroom 5 : At the rear of the lower level is another bathroom with shower and WC. One wall is a natural stone wall.

Right next door is the utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The spacious terraces surrounding the house are shaded by pergolas or parasols, which also create an interesting interplay of light and shade. The slats on the main terrace close automatically when it rains and you are protected. In the evening, you can move them to the side and enjoy the fantastic Sicilian food under the stars.

Thanks to its terraced structure, the casa is skillfully embedded in the landscape. The spacious pool terrace is located on the level below the living area and invites you to relax with 6 sun loungers and 4 loungers under shady parasols. Enjoy the impressive view while lying in the shallow water area of the pool with a cool drink. The outdoor shower offers a special shower experience: showering amidst lush plants in the open air.

On the adjoining terraces, you can relax in a comfortable outdoor lounge and enjoy the golden hour for an aperitif and later round off the evening.

Being on vacation with friends, but at the same time having the space for your own privacy, that's a luxury for us.

Many small, well-placed lights transform the Casa into a magical place in the evening.

All areas of the Casa are accessible to guests. With the exception of one room on the first floor, which is currently used exclusively for private purposes.

There are closets in the kitchen and master suite that are private and locked.

There is a locked supply cupboard in the lower hallway.

The roof of the house should not be entered, nor should the areas in front of the long terrace facing the sea in the upper house.

The Casa can be reached via an unpaved side road.
